We are looking for someone who is 18 years or older and enjoys working with people. You are responsible, attentive, and have a good approach to others. You feel comfortable working independently and are confident in taking responsibility while maintaining close collaboration with colleagues. As a personal care assistant, you need to be able to adapt to different people's needs and work styles. You are respectful, flexible, and understand that the work is conducted on the individual's terms. It is important that you can build trust and contribute to a sense of security through a calm and professional approach. If you have training or previous experience in care and support or personal assistance, that is a merit, but what matters most to us is your willingness to learn, your commitment, and your ability to create security for those you meet.
