We study plants from the cellular level to ecophysiology, and from basic research to industrial applications. We strive to understand plants' ability to grow, adapt, and acclimate to a changing world—knowledge that can lead to improved plant varieties, cultivation practices, or industrial processes. About the Position Trees represent the single most important carbon sink on the planet. Service-Oriented Taxi Drivers
On December 1, 2026, Boreal takes over the service transport taxi contract in Skellefteå! We apply the collective agreement and offer fixed salaries for our employees. We are looking for you who want to work full-time/part-time as well as you who want to work extra as a taxi driver. The work consists of assignments within medical transport with stretcher and wheelchair transport as well as private driving. We are primarily looking for you who already have a taxi license, but for the right person we can offer you support to obtain your taxi driver license. To be eligible to obtain a taxi driver license, you must: - Be at least 20 years old (legal requirement) - Have held a driver's license with category B for at least two years or have a driver's license with category D - Meet the medical requirements necessary with regard to the safety of passengers and other road users - Be deemed suitable to serve as a driver in taxi traffic with regard to professional competence and lawfulness Qualifications As a taxi driver, you fulfill an important public function, which is why it is important that you are careful and see solutions instead of problems. You take pride in providing passengers with a good travel experience - a pleasant, service-oriented and safe journey where everything works. Since you have ultimate responsibility for everyone in the vehicle, you should have good ability to work independently and take your own initiative within the scope of your position and can remain calm even in stressful traffic and customer situations. You have good driving skills, feel confident behind the wheel, and drive environmentally responsibly. Furthermore, you are communicative and master Swedish in both speech and writing. Category B driver's license and taxi driver license are a requirement Your Responsibility and Tasks Your task is to ensure that everyone traveling with us has a safe and pleasant journey, in accordance with procedures and traffic and safety rules. The routes include private transportation and service traffic. You will sometimes help carry and load baggage or mobility aids, such as a wheelchair. In service traffic, we often transport people with special needs or functional variations. You are responsible for providing extra support and service to passengers making medical trips or other publicly procured journeys. You are responsible for keeping traffic control and passengers informed about traffic disruptions and deviations. Your duties also include keeping the vehicle completely clean and reporting vehicle malfunctions and damage.
