You submit your application through our application form, and we will get back to you via email or phone with feedback as soon as we have the opportunity. We believe in research-based and objective evaluation methods to support our work in finding the right person for the right role. Therefore, we use occupational psychology tests, competency-based interviews and background checks in our recruitment processes. Here on our careers page you can read more about the steps in our competency-based recruitment process. In the recruitment process, we conduct background checks via Verifiera in connection with reference checks. If you have specific questions, you are warmly welcome to contact the responsible recruiter for the process: Jessica Fernquist: [email protected]. Please note that response times during the vacation period may be somewhat longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding. Smile's offer 🦷 Dentistry - the core of everything we do!
