About the Role As a veterinarian with us, you'll work broadly across the operation – with focus on outpatient clinic, patient care ward/ICU, and emergency services. You'll meet everything from scheduled cases to more advanced internal medicine and acute surgical patients. You work closely with experienced colleagues in multiple specialist areas in an environment where collaboration and knowledge exchange are a natural part of daily work. The work also involves: 🐾 Close contact with pet owners, where clear and confident communication is central. 🐾 Evening shifts, on-call duty, and weekend shifts as a natural part of the operation. 🐾 Opportunity to take responsibility in emergency situations – sometimes as the only veterinarian in the hospital, where surgery may occur (night on-call). We particularly see a need for someone who thrives in patient care flow, appreciates internal medicine investigations, and wants to contribute to continuity and quality in patient care. Who We're Looking For We're looking for you who are a licensed veterinarian with several years of experience and who feel confident in your role. You have an interest in internal medicine, patient care, and emergency veterinary services, and you're comfortable taking responsibility in daily clinical work. You work in a structured manner, stay calm even when the pace is high, and are confident in communicating with pet owners. At the same time, you are curious and want to continue developing together with your colleagues. The role includes evening on-call duty where acute surgeries may occur. You may also work in surgery as needed, both to support operations and to maintain and develop your surgical skills. We see that you have: 🐾 License as a veterinarian 🐾 Several years of clinical experience 🐾 Interest in internal medicine, patient care, and emergency veterinary services 🐾 Good communication skills with pet owners 🐾 A desire to continue developing and contributing to the team 🐾 Swedish fluency in speech and writing is required.
