As an operations technician during the winter season, you will primarily work with snow removal and maintenance of runways, taxiways, and aircraft parking areas. When it is not snowing, your work tasks vary and may include cleaning and technical maintenance of the airport's surfaces and equipment, as well as supporting other departments at the airport. The position involves physical work with tasks such as cleaning, vegetation clearing, baggage handling, and passenger assistance. Work pace varies and can be high during certain periods, while very calm during others. Since the airport is open 24 hours a day and every day of the year, it means working during days, nights, and weekends. Approximately 50 percent of your working time will be scheduled at night. The position is a seasonal employment, approximately between October and April. Who are you? One is the Kulturskolan (Culture School) in Gävle, which is a unique meeting place for music and theater, visual arts and media, circus and dance for children and young people up to 20 years old. Kulturskolan has age-divided groups in visual arts, circus, dance, film, photography, choir singing, theater, as well as several orchestras and ensembles each week. The other part is a group that manages school holiday activities and youth recreation centers. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you want to lead the Unit for Meeting Places and Youth? The assignment involves leading and developing the Unit for Meeting Places and Youth with a focus on meaningful leisure time for children and young people. The unit includes the Culture School, school holiday activities, and responsibility for the municipality's association-run youth recreation centers, as well as the municipality's sober school leaving event "Proud and Sober." Your Role As unit manager, you lead the operations together with an assistant manager and coordinator. You contribute to a good work environment and develop the unit's work by trustfully directing and leading your employees toward good results in your shared daily work. In your role, you have overall responsibility for leading and developing the unit's work. You shall plan, drive, follow up, and develop your area of operations based on goal and results-oriented thinking, with children and young people as your focus. Some of Your Work Tasks Collaboration both internally and externally is an important part, and through clear and communicative leadership, you create good conditions for the operations to develop. With environmental awareness and innovative thinking, you become an important part in the development of the entire department. • You will have direct personnel responsibility for part of the Culture School's staff as well as the assistant unit manager and coordinator. • You report to the operations manager and are part of the culture department's management group together with other unit managers and operations managers. • You are expected to drive development work in collaboration with colleagues, elected representatives, and civil society. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with higher education of at least 180 credits in a field relevant to the position, where the employer determines the relevance of the education. You also have professional experience as a manager/leader and with budget and personnel matters. It is important that you have professional experience in the Culture sector and experience working with larger personnel groups. Welfare Fraud Coordinator, Economics Department, Support and Care

Your responsibilities Coordinate the municipality's work against welfare fraud and ensure consistent procedures. Conduct risk analyses and develop internal control plans. Investigate suspected irregularities and document cases.
