Responsibilities Do you want to lead an engaged team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff? Then the role of Daily Manager for Cleaning Operations might be for you! About the Position As a Daily Manager in Cleaning Operations, you'll be part of the daily management team within the cleaning department. Together, you'll be responsible for planning, leading, and following up on cleaning in Kläppen's facilities and turnover cleaning on changeover days. The role is both operational and administrative, where you work closely with staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure high quality and excellent service. Your Tasks Plan and coordinate cleaning of Kläppen's facilities. Responsible for daily staffing and work allocation. Assign tasks to supervisors and support them on changeover days. Manage digital checklists and quality assurance via Selfchecks. Plan and follow up on turnover cleaning. Ensure the right materials, keys, and work documentation are available. Receive and introduce temporary staff on arrival and departure days. Handle guest inquiries in a professional and solution-oriented manner. Staff Management and Planning Together with the management team, you're responsible for: Recruiting, introducing, and leading seasonal and temporary staff. Creating cost-effective staffing with a focus on the right quality at the right time. Contributing to a positive work environment and high job satisfaction in the department. Ensuring staff follow Kläppen's routines, policies, and agreements. Training and Development You'll be involved in: Planning and conducting training for seasonal and temporary staff. Working with internal training and departmental goals. Developing work methods, routines, and quality within operations. We're Looking for You If You Have experience from cleaning, service, hospitality, or other supervisory roles (beneficial). Are a natural leader who enjoys coaching and motivating others. Have strong planning and organizational skills. Are structured and solution-oriented. Enjoy working both operatively and administratively. Have good communication skills and a professional demeanor. Have proficient skills in the Office suite. Have good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written. Have a B driver's license (required). Employment This is a fixed-term seasonal position from September to April with the possibility of recurring seasonal employment for the right candidate.
