We are seeking two assistants for two positions at approximately 82 percent. One of the positions is a parental leave substitute role. We are also seeking a substitute who can work as needed. The work follows a rotating schedule with day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. We have double staffing. The schedule includes both night shifts awake and night shifts on call. I am now seeking a female personal assistant for a part-time position of approximately 12 hours per week, distributed over two evenings per week. I am a young woman living with muscular dystrophy and spend a lot of time at home. As my assistant, you will be an important support in my daily life, helping with things that make my existence safe and functional. Work tasks include meal preparation, so it's a plus if you enjoy cooking and have a sense of taste and texture. You also need to be in good physical condition since some transfers and lifting occur during the work. The work is usually performed together with a colleague, so it's important that you enjoy collaborating and contributing to a positive work environment. I also appreciate when there's an eye for the small things in daily life. This could involve helping with simple clothing repairs, sewing on a button, organizing and fixing things that need attention, or other practical tasks that come up.
