Personal Assistant

The client is a social and pleasant 45-year-old woman who appreciates an eventful daily life. The client is now seeking two new assistants on schedule for immediate employment. Due to her diagnosis, the client has significant mobility limitations, and as an assistant, you will be there to support her in everyday life where she is physically restricted. You will assist with cooking, household chores, and personal care, among other things. Transfers will occur, so it is important that you as an assistant have good physical fitness. The client also has a child at home, so it is important that you as an assistant are respectful, protect privacy, and are attentive to when you should step in to help and when you should stay in the background. Working hours and employment degree: We are seeking two assistants with 50% employment degree. Work shifts can be on weekdays and weekends, with varying daytime and evening hours. We use the employment form "for as long as the assignment lasts" as well as hourly employment. Hourly wages and other compensation according to our collective agreement Fremia.
