This includes, among other things: Work as a contact person based on Norlandia's "Your Day" concept. Personal care and support, and utilizing residents' own resources. Work based on Norlandia's "Tasty Meals" concept so that our residents enjoy their food and meal experiences add sparkle to daily life. Documentation in accordance with the Social Services Act; maintaining social records and establishing and following up on care plans. Planning, offering, and implementing daily activities, outdoor time, entertainment, crafts, cultural activities, etc., both individual and group activities. Performing service tasks such as apartment cleaning, laundry, accompaniment, shopping, and more. Receiving and performing delegated tasks such as medication administration. Taking responsibility in ombudsman roles. Actively participating in the facility's quality and improvement work.
