The role of treatment pedagogue involves planning, implementing, and following up on pedagogical and therapeutic interventions based on the individual's needs. The work is built on creating secure relationships, motivating change, and strengthening the individual's capacity for independence. You serve as important support for the young person and together develop strategies to achieve everyday goals. The assignment also includes continuously documenting interventions in care and treatment work.
