Torpa can accommodate 14 young people between 12-19 years old distributed across 2 houses. About the Role of Treatment Pedagogue We work with dedication in everything surrounding our young people. The role of treatment pedagogue involves planning, implementing, and following up on pedagogical and therapeutic interventions based on the individual's needs. The work is built on creating secure relationships, motivating change, and strengthening the individual's capacity for independence. You serve as important support for the young person and together develop strategies to achieve everyday goals. The assignment also includes continuously documenting interventions in care and treatment work. Main Responsibilities: Provide individual support in daily activities, social training, and skill development. Work based on implementation plans, treatment methods, and pedagogical interventions. Conduct structured conversations, motivational conversations, and use other evidence-based methods. Write case notes, implementation plans, risk assessments, and reports according to current guidelines. Collaborate with colleagues, social services, schools, healthcare providers, and relatives. Create a stable, safe, and predictable environment; manage conflicts and set boundaries. Plan and implement activities that strengthen participants' social and personal development. Qualifications You are relationship-building and have a strong ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You are calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive manner, and you enjoy working together with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can recognize individuals' needs. We place great importance on personal suitability. Requirements: Degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Treatment Pedagogy, or equivalent qualification. Driver's License Category B Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Good computer skills, experience with documentation Merits: Education within LAB, MI, TMOU, and ADL, as well as knowledge in CBT, conflict management, psychiatric difficulties, and neuropsychiatric functional variations.
