Job Description As a construction manager at Ingenjörsfirman, you will work with, among other things, site monitoring, coordination with operations and production, economics, control work, scheduling, quality, environmental and occupational health matters. You will be at the forefront of inspiring infrastructure projects and play a key role in their success. In the role, you work as a construction manager on various types of construction projects, such as large industrial construction projects, development areas, water and sewage projects, treatment plants, or roads and streets. Your Responsibilities: Construction and quality management. Monitoring of time, budget, and quality. Estimates and cost assessments. Collaboration with internal departments, external parties, and clients to ensure smooth and successful projects. Development and implementation of technical solutions that meet project requirements. Technical evaluations and analyses in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Development of existing and new assignments. Work takes place primarily Monday to Friday 07:30-16:30 and you have great freedom to plan your own time and from where you work within the scope of what your projects require. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone with several years of experience in construction management within infrastructure. Formal requirements for the position are: At least five years of experience in construction management or equivalent competence regarding infrastructure work Good understanding of the construction process, how to work in production, and associated industry and regulatory requirements. Good familiarity with document management in projects and good knowledge of AMA anläggning and contract law such as ABT06 and AB04. BAS-P/U training Class B Driver's License Meritorious Experience in consultant, client, or contractor roles. Experience in economics and budget work. Experience working on water and sewage projects. Experience in paving projects Training as excavation supervisor - Säker schakt We view relevant education positively, such as a three-year construction engineering degree, but it is not a requirement.
