About Villa Fornudden Villa Fornudden is beautifully located next to Fornudds Park in Trollbäcken, Tyresö. We are a dementia-certified residence, which means everyone working here is trained in dementia care and person-centered approaches through Silviahemmet. We use needs-based flexible scheduling. This means that as an employee, you have the opportunity to influence your own working hours, based on needs and preferences. We schedule 10 weeks at a time. We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg. This means a team of young people ages 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to add joy and enrichment to our residents' lives. You have a team leader who spends most of their time working close to you in the operation. We continuously work to create new and exciting activities for our residents. As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important! Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you have solid knowledge of care, aging, and how to interact with people. You work closest to the residents and therefore have a key role in the team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation and implementation plans. Your experience and knowledge It is required that you are a trained nursing assistant with proof of protected professional title from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare, and that you have worked several years in elderly care. Good computer skills and documentation experience are required. Good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing is required, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing.
