The analyses focus on both trace element analyses and finished product composition. Quality assurance of the analyses is important, and 46 methods are accredited against ISO 17025. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across our Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Customer Insights. This is a tactical and operational role that bridges business needs with technical execution, ensuring our CRM architecture supports global business strategies as well as larger implementation initiatives, while delivering seamless customer journeys. Key Responsibilities Drive solution architecture for CRM initiatives, with a focus on Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Customer Insights, by ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and fit-for-purpose. Translate business requirements into technical designs, integration structures and data flows that align with enterprise architecture guardrails, platform strategy and IT Design Authority standards. Work closely with CRM Technology Manager, contribute to roadmap planning as well as enabling the technical initiatives in the operations roadmap Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to guide implementation and ensure delivery quality. Support platform consolidation and application rationalization efforts.
