We also provide acute dialysis on both ICU and HIA as needed. Most of our patients are returning and over a long period, which means we create long-term relationships with a focus on helping them achieve the greatest possible quality of life. This is done by designing the dialysis treatment based on the individual's needs and means that we are increasingly working towards person-centered care where patients are involved in their own treatment. We constantly strive to improve our operations together with our employees and therefore gladly set aside time and space for individual development. We are also open to suggestions from our employees on appropriate measures for skills development. 1 position(s). Beyond that, there are many different areas of responsibility with opportunities for specialization and, if needed, courses/training. Evening and weekend shifts occur. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you if you are a licensed nurse with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. The position requires that you have Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale.
