We have a preschool organization consisting of three principals who work closely together to ensure equal standards across all of Askersund Municipality's preschools. The preschools in the municipality are divided into three areas where the principals are responsible for each area. We have our own child health team consisting of two special educators and maintain good cooperation with IFO and BVC, which includes regular meetings. Since the start of spring term 2023, we have employed two planning pedagogues who regularly visit the preschools to relieve the educators so they can plan and reflect together. We are a growing municipality where we seek someone who wants to help develop the municipality's preschool operations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Together with a colleague, you will work with child groups when regular staff have planning time. The assignment includes work at all of the municipality's preschools. You will operate from a shared workplace in central Askersund, where you will also independently plan and organize your work. We seek someone with experience, commitment, courage, and a desire to help create something new. The position also includes documentation and term follow-up. Since the work involves moving between different preschools, a Class B driver's license and access to a car are required. We expect you to work both independently and in teams, and that you are flexible and confident in your professional role. Great emphasis is placed on your social skills and sense of responsibility, as relationship-building is one of the most important parts of the assignment. QUALIFICATIONS We seek someone who is a certified preschool teacher, has extensive experience as a childcare worker, is a special educator with interest in practical work, or has other education/experience deemed equivalent.
