Do you want to lead one of Sweden's most iconic infrastructure projects? At Alucrom, we're seeking a driven work supervisor to take responsibility for the prestigious task of surface treating the Älvsborgsbron. The project is complex, technically advanced, and carried out in an environment where safety, precision, and sustainability are critical. Here you'll encounter great heights, wind-exposed locations, and a constant flow of traffic – while environmental requirements are very high. As we extend the lifespan of Älvsborgsbron, we do so with two clear goals: minimize disruption to traffic and achieve zero discharge of environmentally hazardous waste to the Göta Älv. Phase two starts in May 2026, when the middle segment of the bridge will be surface treated. You will work closely with the Swedish Maritime Administration, the Swedish Transport Administration, and Stena Line, in a unique role at the center of one of the country's most prominent infrastructure projects. We offer permanent employment but are open to fixed-term assignments for the right candidate. Your Role as Work Supervisor In this role, you lead, plan, and coordinate work on-site. You ensure quality, safety, and efficiency – and make sure the team has the right conditions to deliver. You will, among other things: Allocate work tasks and follow up on quality and execution Lead and plan daily production Participate in long-term planning for the project's different phases Plan staffing and approve timesheets Ensure proper documentation and reporting Follow up on maintenance and repair of equipment Maintain ongoing dialogue with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders You will also have the opportunity to work on other major projects within Alucrom, where you collaborate with experienced project managers and a strong contracting team.
