About the Position As a Regional Manager at Samhall, you are responsible for employees, customer relations, as well as operations and daily management, which means varied, exciting, and operational work. This is a first-line management position. You have a clear responsibility to develop your employees and to match the right employee to the right assignment. You also work to coach your employees toward new jobs outside Samhall, which is one of your most important goals. Coaching includes motivating, making business contacts for recruitment collaborations, and creating conditions for development through work and training. In your customer responsibility, you are expected to develop collaboration with both existing and new customers.
