About the Role As a group manager, your primary task is to coach and work in daily care activities alongside your team. This means you serve as a role model for your staff and through your strong commitment, you create a good work environment in the group every day. You will work days, weekends, and evenings. Close Leadership: The role exists in our organization to ensure close leadership and provide support. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and are involved in developing and quality-assuring the operations in accordance with Vardaga's concept. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, providing feedback, and acknowledging your staff in everyday work. You have several group manager colleagues and you collaborate, exchange ideas, and share experiences. Involvement: As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group. About Kvibergsgatan Kvibergsgatan is located in Byttorp. Here you work in a pleasant area with villas, shops, and residential buildings in the immediate vicinity. From Byttorp, you can quickly and easily get into the city center via Alingsåsvägen. You have close access to the small lake Kolbränningen and a short cross-country skiing trail. Care and Housing Facility Kvibergsgatan 17 has seven departments. Four departments offer housing for people with dementia and have a total of 48 places. Three departments offer housing for people with somatic illness and have a total of 38 places. Activities Coordinator: We work systematically with activities and have an activities coordinator who develops and performs meaningful activities with our residents. Dementia Certification: We are a dementia-certified facility, which means that everyone who works here is trained in dementia and person-centered care through Demensakademin. You will also undergo this training. Young Care: We have a partnership with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg carries out various activities together with us who work here, to enrich the lives of our residents. Animals in Care: We work with animals in care and have regular visits from therapy animals. Your Experience and Knowledge You are trained as a nursing assistant, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Experience in elderly care and leadership is a merit for this role. We place great importance on personal suitability.
