The job involves being the girl's support in all daily situations. The girl is cheerful and energetic, with clear preferences. She has multiple disabilities and is learning to walk and communicate using pictures and sign language. She loves school, especially her classmates, sports, and when her teacher visits. At school, she needs someone who can help her engage with lessons in an interactive and playful way so she can get the most out of her education. At home, she enjoys nature walks to watch animals or vehicles, rough play in abundance, and always says yes to jumping on the trampoline or swinging. She loves hearing you read aloud or singing together. Using the iPad is another favorite activity. She receives tube feeding and inhalation treatments, and sometimes uses oxygen at night as needed. Personal Assistants - Day, Evening, and Waking Night Shifts
We are looking for personal assistants in Vällingby. Communication with the client is done using a speech board, so it is important that you speak and write Swedish fluently. As a person, the client is easygoing and social and enjoys everything life has to offer. You should be a woman between 20-50 years old. Previous experience is a merit, but not a requirement. We appreciate if you are positive, engaged, attentive, confident in yourself, independent, punctual, and understand the meaning of taking responsibility, as I depend on a functioning team of staff. You will help with all everyday tasks such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, eating, personal hygiene, transfers and turning during the night, and as mentioned earlier, communicating with the help of a speech board. We are now looking for assistants to join the assistant team for work during day, evening, and waking night shifts. Both weekdays and weekends; on weekends you work from 09:00-21:45.
