Job Responsibilities As an occupational therapist in primary care rehabilitation, you meet patients of all ages with various illnesses, injuries, and functional limitations, work that demands broad competence. One of our most important referral sources, besides inpatient care, is Gustavsbergs University Health Center, where all areas of primary care are under one roof (psychosocial team, MVC, BVC, home care, etc.). You work independently and in teams with other professionals, primarily with a physical therapist in our home care teams. Job responsibilities include assessment and treatment, both individual and group-based. A large part of occupational therapy visits take place in the home environment.
