Here at the staff, you are responsible for gender equality integration and ensure that a gender equality perspective is integrated from the planning stage in operations. You should have experience with gender equality integration, be comfortable with developing methods and processes, and be motivated by creating structure, clarity, and value for others. As a GENAD, you will be responsible for the processes for gender equality integration at CFL. The work involves close collaboration with many colleagues.
