About the Role The main task is to keep the reception open and staffed and to ensure that no unauthorized persons enter. Reception is open Monday - Friday between 08:00 and 17:00, with lunch closure between 12:00-13:00. During the summer months, reception closes at 16:00. Your main responsibilities: Receive and register visitors according to guidelines and welcome staff. Ensure that the foyer and entrance are pleasant and well-maintained. Packing goodie bags for new employees and ensuring they are maintained. Ordering consumables such as coffee/tea, etc. in dialogue with the Floor Host. Review requests from IT regarding changes to be made related to reception.
