JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a special education teacher, you work in close collaboration with the principal and other staff at the school. The work involves working together with the principal to develop and shape the educational work at both group and individual levels as well as at the organizational level from a promoting, preventive, and intervention perspective. You should support the educators in how they can structure their teaching so that education becomes accessible, inclusive, and creates participation for all children. In addition to ordinary special education teacher duties, the position also includes providing some remedial instruction to students in need of support.
