Your Role We are now seeking a substitute planner for the Chemical Laboratory working within the Quality Service section in Kiruna. The Chemical Laboratory consists of three departments: Environmental, X-ray, and Wet Chemistry. The Environmental department is accredited according to the ISO 17025 quality standard, and we have a strong focus on quality in all aspects of all departments. As a planner, you have a key role in our operations. You are responsible for planning, prioritization, and scheduling of laboratory technicians' work, and as a person you therefore need to be structured. The focus also lies in conducting risk assessments and follow-up of daily work. Your interpersonal skills play an important role, since you will be a central part of communication with both employees and internal customers. We work continuously with improvements to develop our operations, and we see that you as an applicant have a strong interest in leading and driving improvement initiatives. You report to the Production Manager, can step in as Acting Manager if needed, and participate in the Chemical Laboratory's management group. In total, we are 17 employees at the Chemical Laboratory. What You Bring Upper secondary education in natural sciences or technical subjects is required Category B driver's license for manual transmission is required for all positions at LKAB Experience in quality work or laboratory work is a merit Warm welcome with your application!
