You should also feel confident managing the pass. Quality assuring dishes before they go out to guests. Hotell Fjällgården is a mountain hotel in a classic setting with a history dating back to 1910. Fjällgården has a unique location on the slopes at 556 meters above sea level. The views stretch over Åreby and Årefjäll, and the historic Bergbanan cable car operates the short distance between Åre torg and Fjällgården. In just a few minutes you're down in the hustle and bustle of Åre torg. Just outside the hotel entrance begin Åre's hiking and cycling trails—the hotel is located right in the slopes, right in the village. We are now seeking a Kitchen Manager for STF Saltoluokta Mountain Station starting winter season 2027 Here you'll prepare rustic, thoughtful meals using local ingredients, enjoy the aromas from the kitchen and the view over vast mountains. In our small team, you'll become part of the warmth and community, where each day offers stunning views and new encounters – and each evening tastes extra special after mountain adventures. As Kitchen Manager, you lead the team in daily operations. Life at a mountain station is varied, exciting and educational, just like a day in the mountains can be. What does the Kitchen Manager role involve? Plan, lead and participate in daily kitchen operations Procurement and receiving deliveries Create, write and implement menus for the facility Ensure food safety, self-inspection and HACCP Actively contribute to your own and colleagues' development Support the mountain station with other tasks as needed Who are you? Breakfast Staff
Trillevallen is located in southern Årefjällen and is a ski paradise for everyone. The mountain hotel opened its doors in 1939 and the first ski lift was built in 1970. The hotel is a classic mountain hotel with a genuine and warm atmosphere, with 126 beds distributed across 40 rooms. Event and conference facilities for up to 100 people, bar and restaurant. The ski facility has 8 lifts and 22 slopes with varying difficulty levels, plus a modern slope restaurant with views over the mountain massif. The cross-country skiing trails outside the hotel make outdoor life part of daily life. We are looking for enthusiastic breakfast staff for Trillevallens Mountain Hotel. You will work in a team of 2-3 people depending on the number of breakfast guests. The work consists of preparing and planning, preparing the warm items and setting up the breakfast buffet. During breakfast you will clear and wipe down tables, wash dishes, refill the buffet and interact with guests. After breakfast is finished, you will clear the buffet, prepare for the next day's breakfast, clean the dining room and set up for dinner.
