Those eligible for employment as a postdoctoral researcher are those who have completed a doctoral degree in a relevant subject area, for example within computer science, or who have a foreign degree deemed equivalent to a doctoral degree. The doctoral degree must be completed no later than the start date when the employment decision is made. In evaluating applicants, particular emphasis will be placed on the ability to conduct research within the relevant research area. Both Swedish and English are used in basic teaching, while English is the working language for research at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. Therefore, both oral and written proficiency in English is mandatory.
