Main duties of the position: - Ensure the performance of functions specified in the institution's regulations; - Ensure compliance with regulatory acts governing the institution's operations, the institution's regulations, regulatory acts, decisions, and orders issued by Bauska Municipality Council; - Prepare and submit budget requests and expense estimates to Bauska Municipality Administration, plan and control the rational use of allocated funds in accordance with the approved institution budget; - Direct the institution and its employees' activities in accordance with requirements of regulatory acts governing the education field of the Republic of Latvia; provide the institution with appropriately qualified pedagogues and employees; promote professional development of pedagogues; ensure the process of self-evaluation and self-analysis among pedagogues in the institution; enhance professional skills; - Ensure continuity of the educational process and its compliance with regulatory act requirements; - Ensure beneficial use and management of the educational institution's movable and immovable property; - Participate in the implementation of projects related to the institution's operations or improvement of its operations; - Ensure maintenance of the institution and its territory in good order.
