Electrical Installer – Industrial and Field Work
A properly installed system is never noticed. It simply works, year after year, while a carelessly installed one comes back as an error for someone else to track down. That's why we're looking for someone who does it right the first time. We are now recruiting an experienced installer for a rapidly growing electrical installation company with projects in industrial and field installation. Here you'll work independently, with customers who expect things to be done right – and with room to take on more responsibility as you prove what you can do. About the Role You work on-site with the customer alongside an installation team, and take independent responsibility for your part of the installation. Cable routing, conduit work, and installation of equipment, cabinets, and fixtures in industrial environments Preparatory work for commissioning and startup Working according to drawings, installation instructions, and applicable regulations Coordinating with the customer's personnel on-site and solving issues that arise during the work Supporting junior colleagues and sharing your expertise Work takes place at facilities and in the field, which means the workplace changes between assignments and travel is required. Who We're Looking For You have several years of experience in assembly or installation work and can take on a job without needing someone standing beside you. You read drawings, see what needs to be done, and speak up when something doesn't add up. Your background could come from electrical installation, industrial maintenance, automation, or another practical trade where you've worked with assembly in a technical environment. What matters most is that you have the routine and judgment. You speak up when something isn't right, even when it would be easier to let it slide – in an industrial environment, that's the difference between a functioning job and an expensive shutdown. You enjoy days that aren't identical and working alongside multiple professions on the same facility. And you're the one others ask when something needs solving. Requirements Several years of experience in assembly, installation, or equivalent practical work Driver's license (category B) Swedish language skills, spoken and written Experience working independently according to drawings and instructions Willingness to travel and work at varying job sites Meritorious Electrical and energy program or equivalent education Experience from industrial environments or production facilities ESA training, hot work certification, lift certification, forklift certification, or scaffolding experience Experience leading small installation teams or training new colleagues What We Offer This is a growing company, which is noticeable in daily work: there's plenty of work and room to take on more responsibility if you want to. Your experience shows directly, both in which assignments you get and how much control you have over them. Direct employment with our client Collective agreement with insurance and occupational pension Independent assignments where you get to use all your experience Opportunity to take a leading role in the installation team over time Varying projects in industrial environments instead of the same site for months Practical Information Employment Type: Full-time, permanent with initial trial period. You will be employed directly by our client Start Date: By agreement Location: Projects in industrial environments and field work, with travel as required Salary: Competitive salary according to collective agreement, based on your experience Selection: Ongoing – the position may be filled before the final application deadline In this recruitment, our client is working with Aura Personal.
