About the role As a nursing assistant, you work closely with the residents and provide support and care based on each person's individual needs, habits, and preferences. Your experience To be suitable for this role, you need to: have documentation from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) authorizing you to use the protected professional title nursing assistant have experience working in elderly care be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written be able to use the digital tools needed in the work.
