Many customers return, so relationships and atmosphere are a big part of the experience. The Role This is a combined role where you're part of the service in the dining area, with a focus on the bar. In practice, this often means you: Work behind the bar and mix cocktails (classics + signature drinks) Take orders at tables and serve food Keep the bar prep, cleanliness, and flow organized during service Manage product orders from suppliers and receive deliveries You're expected to take responsibility for the whole operation, be proactive in a small team, and ideally contribute ideas for drinks and setups.
