Social, Flexible, and Cheerful Personal Assistant Wanted!

Who is Familjen? Familjen is a secure and committed employer with over 17 years of experience in personal assistance for children, young people, and adults with varying abilities. We work person-centered, which means that every individual – whether you are an assistant, a family member, or receiving assistance – should feel seen, respected, and valued in our organization. We are called Familjen for a simple reason: we believe that personal assistance works best when it is built on trust, security, and close collaboration. For us, assistance is not just about schedules, hours, and administration – but about people, relationships, and a daily life that works. The name Familjen stands for our desire to create an organization where customers, family members, and assistants all feel respected, included, and cared for. We work with personal commitment and a clear goal: to build stable work teams, long-term relationships, and an assistance service where the individual is always at the center. We also collaborate with independent employers within personal assistance and offer effective payroll management solutions that simplify work and create more time for what matters. We operate and have assistance teams throughout Sweden, from north to south, but our office is located in Täby, north of Stockholm. An Extra Strength The company's founder and owner has themselves worked as a personal assistant. This gives us an extra understanding of the profession and daily life in assistance – and is an important strength in our work to create stable work teams and deliver person-centered assistance with high quality. About the Position We are now looking for personal assistants for a woman who lives on Södermalm in Stockholm. "I live an active and social life, enjoy being around people and trying new things. I have personal assistance around the clock, divided into three work shifts." We are looking for someone who can work day and evening shifts with working hours 09:00-15:15 and 15:00-21:00. We are currently looking for you to work extra on an hourly basis or in a fixed position up to approximately 50%, with the possibility to discuss the scope. Some members of the assistance team are moving on to other adventures in life, so we now have the opportunity to offer shifts to other brilliant stars out there. Could it be you? Due to the nature of the work tasks and the need for regular and clear communication in daily life, it is a requirement that you can speak, understand, and read Swedish fluently. We Value Long-term Commitment For us, it is important to build secure, stable, and long-term work relationships – both for the customer's security and for you as an assistant to thrive and feel safe in your role. Therefore, we hope that you, as an applicant, see this as a job you want to develop in and stay with for a longer time.
