Our client is a woman who enjoys humor, music, and TV series, as well as gardening outdoors. You are confident in yourself, have good self-awareness, and have experience with care work. The work tasks include tube feeding, mobility assistance, medication administration, personal hygiene support, cleaning, and household work. Our client is a wonderful 8-year-old girl who lives with her family in Örebro. She has autism, cerebral palsy, an intellectual disability, and is non-verbal. She uses a wheelchair and receives nutrition through a feeding tube, which means that as an assistant you need to be comfortable working with both personal care and medical procedures. As a personal assistant, you are an important part of the client's daily life. You help her at home with personal hygiene, getting dressed, tube feeding, mobility assistance, and other daily routines. You also participate in play, rehabilitative training, quiet activities, and walks. You contribute to creating security, structure, and predictability in the client's life. The work is hands-on, practical, and requires both calmness and attentiveness. Working hours vary, but are mainly evenings and weekends. Who are we looking for?
