Documentation Support for Rechon Life Science

About the Position We are now looking for a Documentation Support for Rechon Life Science to support the administrative work within their Maintenance department. This is a new role within the department, which means you will have the opportunity to help shape the role and contribute to developing work methods and procedures based on the department's needs. The tasks are mainly related to support with writing and updating SOPs within the department as well as data collection. Your main responsibilities: Write and update SOPs, instructions, deviations, CRs, CAPAs and other quality documents within the department. Follow up activities in CAPA, deviation investigations and reports. Support with monitoring the department's KPIs. Drive and actively work with continuous improvements within the department, both practical procedures and documentation. Work is performed in accordance with applicable GMP requirements. Work broadly across the department's various functions and support operations where needed. The position is located onsite in Limhamn with working hours from 08:00–16:25, Monday to Friday. The intended start date is immediate. About You We are looking for someone who is driven, organized and has a strong quality focus. You enjoy administrative work and are motivated by creating order and ensuring that documentation maintains high quality. You are expected to plan and perform your work carefully and independently, and to complete it within given timeframes. You will work broadly across all parts of the department and can, if needed, represent the department in various projects. The Prosecutor Authority is seeking an appeals court assessor for a two-year merit-based appointment as an assistant prosecutor at the agency's Development Center in Malmö. Your responsibilities The Development Center is a consolidated function for legal supervision in criminal matters, legal development, and methodology development. The Development Center has offices in Gothenburg, Malmö, and Stockholm. At each office there are chief prosecutors and deputy chief prosecutors. They are responsible for legal supervision at the agency's other legal levels. The Development Center has a mission to function as a knowledge center and to meet the needs of operational activities with legal information and support. As an expert body within the Prosecutor Authority, the Development Center is largely responsible for contributing to the creation of new legislation, particularly by handling legislative referrals and by providing operations-adapted information about new legislation to prosecutors.
