Are you a consultant – or just good at solving problems?
Not everyone is a fit at Dundie. Maybe you are. Dundie Works is a small consulting firm with a simple idea – to help companies get things done. Sometimes it's about systems development. Sometimes about project management. Sometimes about business development or administration. And sometimes about being that person who holds everything together between technology, people and business. We don't believe much in silos or long hierarchies. We believe in skilled people who are given the freedom to do what they do best. That's why we're not looking for a specific title. Do you see opportunities where others see problems? Do you come up with ideas, clients or collaborations? Then we want that to show in your development and compensation too. We don't think sales is a department. We think the best business often starts with a good relationship. Who do we think you are? Maybe you work today as: Project Manager Systems Developer Business Developer Product Owner Technical Consultant Administrator/Case Officer Graphic Designer ...or something completely different. The title actually isn't the most important thing. What matters is that you're curious, self-driven and like getting things done. Curious? We don't recruit to fill a chair. We're looking for people who share our vision of how a consulting firm should work. If you recognize yourself in what we've described, we think we should start with a conversation. No long recruitment processes – just what you want and whether Dundie could be the right place for you.
