JOB DUTIES As a personal assistant in this role, you will work to create a safe and structured daily life for our customer, a middle-aged woman with autism living in Landskrona. The customer's disability involves difficulties with language and communication as well as mental health, which requires that you as an assistant are responsive and attentive to the customer's well-being and expressions, and have the ability to adapt your own way of communicating and providing support. The assistant team works according to an established pedagogical approach.
