JOB DUTIES As a personal assistant in this role, you will work to create a safe and structured daily life for our customer, a middle-aged woman with autism living in Landskrona. The customer's disability involves difficulties with language and communication as well as mental health, which requires that you as an assistant are responsive and attentive to the customer's well-being and expressions, and have the ability to adapt your own way of communicating and providing support. The assistant team works according to an established pedagogical approach. The work involves providing support in daily routines such as personal care, household tasks, participation in day activities, and leisure activities such as nature walks, swimming, cycling, board games, and singing. You will also provide support in social situations and contribute to an active and meaningful life. You will work together with a team of four personal assistants where dual assistance occurs.
