Housing with Special Services: The tasks performed include both social support, activation and motivational work, as well as basic services such as support with cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene, food and meal planning. The activities include individual planning, offering social contact with the individual, and enabling cultural and recreational activities. Care and support services also occur here. Assessment Housing: The tasks performed include both social support, activation and motivational work, as well as basic services such as support with cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene, food and meal planning. HSL services in collaboration with and delegated by nursing staff occur. The activities include individual planning, offering social contact with the individual, and enabling cultural and recreational activities. At the assessment housing facility, clients' support needs are mapped. Our assessment housing facility is located at Hebsackersgatan. Qualifications for Supported Housing - Education as a social pedagogue or treatment pedagogue, treatment assistant, social worker or equivalent with at least two years of post-secondary education, or currently pursuing such education - Knowledge of substance abuse and dependency and/or knowledge of social psychiatry - Experience working with substance abuse issues and/or social psychiatry in some form through work or internship Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Qualifications for Housing with Special Services - Education as a support assistant, care worker, nursing assistant or equivalent, or currently pursuing such education - You must perform delegated HSL tasks in your work.
