REGIONAL MANAGER / SENIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – FLOORING Do you know the flooring industry and have the network? Build your region together with us. Letusplay Group is in an expansive phase and is now making a deliberate push into flooring. We are therefore looking for senior Regional Managers / Senior Key Account Managers who want to be part of building our position in the Swedish market. We are not looking for junior salespeople who need to learn the industry from the ground up. We are looking for you—someone who already understands the market, knows the customers, and knows how deals are created. We are recruiting for the following regions: REGION SOUTH – Skåne, Blekinge, and southern Sweden REGION WEST – Gothenburg, Halland, and western Sweden REGION EAST – Stockholm, Mälardalen, and eastern Sweden REGION CENTRAL – Central Sweden and adjacent areas Clearly indicate in your application which region you are applying for. Regional Manager – Above all, a business driver You will have clear commercial responsibility for developing your region. But the core of the role is sales. We want you to be where deals are made—with customers and out in the market. Your mission: Find the customer. Understand the need. Identify the project. Create the deal. You will, among other things: Identify new customers and projects Actively work the market within your region Map customer needs and volumes Build long-term customer relationships Identify larger projects and volume deals Meet relevant decision-makers Present our products and solutions Develop strategic customer accounts Drive commercial negotiations Build a strong regional pipeline Generate repeat business Follow deals all the way through to order Your time should be spent on deals We know that senior salespeople create the greatest value when they work close to the market. You will receive support in areas such as: Product expertise Technical advice Quoting and estimates Product samples Presentations and sales materials Order handling Procurement Logistics Delivery planning Project support Marketing Finance and administration You should not need to spend most of your time on internal administration. You find the customer, the deal, and the need – the organization behind you helps you execute the rest. We are looking for experience and a network You might currently work for, for example: A flooring manufacturer A flooring supplier A wholesaler A distributor A flooring contractor A building materials supplier A real estate or project organization We would appreciate if you have established relationships with: Flooring contractors Construction companies Real estate companies Architects Resellers Project developers Procurement organizations You are self-driven, business-minded, and commercially confident. You have documented experience converting relationships and market knowledge into concrete deals. An established network within the flooring industry is highly valuable. At Helsingborgs Fritidscenter, we're looking for a Mechanic for our vehicle parts and living quarters workshop. We're searching for someone who is a problem solver! The job involves repairing and servicing motorhomes and caravans, from engines to water damage repairs and sometimes electrical components as well. Job Description In your role as a mechanic with us, your tasks will be varied. You'll get to replace timing belts on motorhomes, perform maintenance, and carry out minor repairs on motorhome engines. We will train you in work on the living quarters section if you don't already have experience in this area. On the living quarters side, we do renovations, installation of new or additional equipment, moisture testing, gas testing, etc. We also handle insurance claims and warranty work. Your Background To be a candidate for this position, you should meet the following requirements: Swedish, spoken and written Relevant workshop experience Enthusiastic and interested in learning Computer literate B-class driver's license Electrical knowledge We would be pleased if you also meet any of these requirements: Self-sufficient in timing belt replacement, repairs, and maintenance High school education or equivalent in vehicles Own or have owned a caravan/motorhome C1 driver's license or B-class driver's license obtained before June 1996
