In this role, you will: Work with clinic operations, including scheduled and acute visits. Provide telephone advice and triage to assess care needs and refer patients to the appropriate level of care. Schedule and coordinate annual check-ups and other planned visits. Collaborate with doctors and other professionals to ensure an effective care process. Contribute to the development of our routines and processes to improve patient care. The work requires good communication skills and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions based on the patient's description of symptoms. 👩‍⚕️ Qualifications Licensed nurse. Experience working in primary care is a plus. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
