We are now seeking a passionate, curious, and enthusiastic head chef who will build, inspire, and lead a team where service mindset and teamwork are at the center. You are an organized and natural leader who is responsible for kitchen operations both operationally and in terms of economics and quality. As head chef, you are responsible for following laws, procedures, and Compass Group's policies, rules, and values. The position includes responsibility for self-checks, inventory, pre- and post-calculations of all dishes, monitoring of set key performance indicators, waste management, and purchasing. You are also responsible for creating sustainable dishes and menus based on trends, seasons, and guest preferences. The restaurant is located within the premises of one of our major customers where we serve approximately 250 breakfasts and lunches. We also serve business lunches in our guest dining room. We have a considerable amount of catering in-house. We serve approximately 70 dinners for the evening shift. Currently, we have 7 people on site—a great team that enjoys having fun at work.
