Night Receptionist / Night Porter 75% – Brunnby Hotel Brunnby Hotel is a family-owned hotel with 44 rooms, located in Årstapartihallarna in southern Stockholm. We offer a warm and personal atmosphere, with many returning guests and a focus on service, quality, and well-being – both for our guests and staff. We are now seeking a night receptionist at 75%, working every other week. About the Position As a night receptionist, you are responsible for running the hotel during the night. Your duties include: Check-in and check-out of guests Bookings, cash handling, and basic administration Phone calls and guest service Supervision of hotel premises and common areas Preparation, cooking, and setting up breakfast Light cleaning of common areas and some towel handling during the night Working hours are 22:30–06:30, 7 nights in a row followed by 7 days off. We are Looking for You If You Are responsible, thorough, and confident in your role Enjoy working independently and taking personal responsibility Have good customer service skills and enjoy meeting people Have good computer skills and speak Swedish and English fluently Have previous experience in reception, hotel, or similar service roles (a plus) Experience with the Sirvoy booking system is a plus but not required – we will train the right person.
