Would you like to spend the winter with us? About the Position As we approach another winter at Kläppen Ski Resort, we are seeking arena and event staff for our event department. The position of arena and event host falls under the Sports Department, which also includes ski school & activities, children's programs, and Kläppen Hosts – together we are approximately 100 people in the Sports Department. The department's goal is to build a reputation for delivering world-class experiences to our guests. Guests should always be met with top-quality events and arenas. To succeed with our mission, we invest in training and set individual goals and development plans. This is a seasonal position for the period December-April. Salary is paid according to agreement. Responsibilities As an arena and event host, you will work with our arenas and events at the ski resort, such as Trollslope, Kläppen Kampen, SM Snowboard & Freeskiing, alpine competitions, Mazda event area, and Kläppen Race Arena. Your duties include setting up and clearing the areas, maintaining them throughout the day, ensuring they function properly, and keeping them looking great. You will also work with events organized at Kläppen Ski Resort. Qualifications To succeed as an arena and event host, you must be social, flexible, and have good physical fitness and strength. You should enjoy being outdoors in all kinds of weather, like physical work, have great patience, and a genuine passion for people.
