Accountant with Systems Focus at Pumphuset

Pumphuset is now seeking an accountant focused on accounts payable, cost flow, and system management. With us, you'll take on an important role in the finance department where you work closely with operations and help ensure our financial processes run efficiently, correctly, and with high quality. About the Role As an accountant at Pumphuset, you have clear overall responsibility for accounts payable and the company's cost flows. You're responsible for ensuring quality, structure, and control in financial processes while contributing to the company's continued development. The role also includes responsibility as a system administrator for the business system Entré. You actively work to develop system support, drive improvements, and support the organization in using the system. You work closely with the finance manager and serve as an important link between finance, project managers, procurement, and the rest of the business. In the finance department, you work closely with colleagues responsible for accounts receivable, revenue flows, and payroll. Together, you create clear responsibility distribution and ensure the company's financial processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Primary responsibility for the company's accounts payable Handling, control, and follow-up of supplier invoices, often linked to projects Ongoing bookkeeping Account reconciliations and control of balance sheet accounts Cost controls and tracking against projects and procurement Calculation and booking of depreciation Management of fixed asset register Support with monthly and year-end closing Intercompany reconciliations Other financial administrative tasks within the finance department's responsibility area We're Looking for You If You Have education in accounting or equivalent experience Have worked with accounts payable and ongoing accounting Thrive in an operations-focused and hands-on role Are thorough, organized, and responsible Have good system skills and experience with accounting systems Speak and write Swedish and English fluently We believe you have experience from a project-oriented business where financial tracking is an important part of daily work. You understand the connection between projects, procurement, and costs, and enjoy creating structure, quality, and control in processes.
