Work Supervisor with Opportunity to Become Site Manager - Skövde

We are currently a small office with big ambitions and are looking for a work supervisor who wants to be part of developing the business and gradually grow into the role of site manager. About the Position The role will initially be largely operational. You will work with cleaning at our customers' locations, both independently and together with your colleagues. At the same time, you will provide close support to employees and contribute to structure, well-being, and quality in daily operations. Your responsibilities will include: Perform practical cleaning work. Lead, support, and motivate employees. Assist with daily planning. Introduce new employees. Conduct quality inspections.
