We will entrust you with: reviewing complaints about contested administrative acts and administrative penalties; representing the State Environmental Service in courts; preparing internal agency legal acts, response letters, and other documents; providing legal advice as needed. We expect you to have: compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law; a Master's degree in Law; legal work experience; experience in the application of administrative procedure will be considered an advantage; an electronic signature. However, it is equally important that you possess good communication and cooperation skills, accuracy and the ability to independently plan and organize your work, good computer skills.
