Österbyskolan is a grades F–9 school with approximately 415 students and five work teams, where you will be part of the afterschool program team. Our school is centrally located in Österbybruk with proximity to sports and swimming facilities, nature and cultural-historical environments. The afterschool program has age-divided groups where the youngest students have their own sections, while students from grade 3 and up share a common section. Together with your colleagues, you create relational leadership where the quality of instruction is the focus. You plan, implement and follow up varied instruction that gives students the opportunity to develop both socially and academically, and that strengthens their creativity, curiosity and self-esteem through play, creative activities and movement. The work is based on governing documents and takes place together with the work team. DUTIES • Plan, implement and follow up the afterschool program's instruction based on your pedagogical and didactic choices, adapted to students' needs. • Develop the program and pedagogical work together with colleagues. • Take responsibility for clear leadership that promotes students' learning, participation and influence. • Adapt instruction so that each student is challenged and supported, and meet each student in their learning progression. • Contribute to developing accessible learning environments. • Work deliberately to ensure students feel safe and enjoy the afterschool program. • Collaborate with colleagues to create continuity in students' learning throughout the school day. • Promote good communication between home and school. • Follow up, analyze and identify measures to improve the afterschool program's operations. QUALIFICATIONS As an afterschool program teacher, you are engaged and have a formative approach with the ability to create motivating and activating instruction. Your teaching is based on scientific evidence and proven experience with an exploratory approach. Teacher in After-School Program with Focus on Safety and Study Environment

We are looking for an additional colleague for Vreta- and Vallonskolan and adapted primary school in Östhammars municipality, located in the Gimo school area, which is an F–9 school in the Gimo school area. It is a school area located adjacent to forest and nature as well as a cross-country ski trail and swimming hall. Vreta- and Vallonskolan and adapted primary school in Östhammars municipality is a creative and developmental workplace where we offer students a developmental education during grades F–9. A total of approximately 450 students attend Vreta- and Vallonskolan's two school forms, primary school and adapted primary school. In the activities of Vreta- and Vallonskolan and adapted primary school, we have common goals and approaches where the work is based on a common annual cycle linked to Lgr22 and Lgra22. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The position as teacher in the after-school program is a shared position where you as a teacher are part of both Vreta- and Vallonskolan's activities to create safety and meaningful activities during school time and in the after-school program. The position involves responsibility for and implementation of recess activities during the school day at Vallonskolan and after school, continued work with meaningful teaching opportunities for all our students in the after-school program's activities. Clear and relational leadership is important for all students' learning and knowledge development, safety, inclusion and well-being.
