Temporary Substitute Positions at Harvik Psychiatric Residential Care

Description of Harvik Care Harvik Care is a residential care facility (HVB) for people with mental health issues and comorbidities. We accept both men and women over 18 years of age who require services under the Social Services Act. Our goal is to provide our residents with meaningful daily lives in a safe environment. Description of the Position The position primarily involves participating in resident care and daily living activities. More specifically, this includes standard nursing assistant tasks and other duties that arise in the facility. We consistently strive to place residents' needs at the center, provide quality care, maintain good medication compliance, and promote a good living situation. Qualifications We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has a respectful and caring approach. You are a confident and responsible person. Furthermore, it is important that you have a good ability to assess situations, take action, and find solutions to problems that arise, as well as prioritize when the work varies in difficulty regarding situations, people, and pace. We want you to be flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team. The temporary substitute positions include day and evening shifts as well as overnight on-call duties, both weekdays and weekends, according to schedule. You must have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written. Nursing assistant certification is a plus. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, teamwork ability, and commitment.
