About the position Solängs förskolan consists of four classrooms with a total of 54 children and is located adjacent to Solängskolan with students ages F-9. The school is beautifully situated outside the town center with a large, wonderful natural property that invites play, discovery, and learning. Outdoor education is a central part of our daily work, which means you'll constantly get to utilize nature's resources in pedagogical activities. Work environment: At Solängskolan, teachers and school leadership choose to stay long in their positions. We enjoy our work, help each other, and experience deep meaning in our mission. Since Solängskolan is run by a non-profit school association, all school funding stays in the operation. All decisions are made locally in close dialogue with colleagues. Scope: Full-time (100%) Start date: January or earlier by agreement Who are you? We're looking for you who are trained as a preschool teacher and have previous experience working in preschool. You are confident in your professional role, take responsibility independently, and enjoy spending plenty of time outdoors regardless of weather. Since we are a preschool with a Christian profile, it is essential that you share our Christian values and want to be part of conveying Bible stories and the denominational elements that school law allows for.
