We are currently looking for hourly substitutes for our wonderful preschool Fyren in Nynäshamn. About the role The preschool is located in Nynäshamn. Our preschool is found in the newly built property Fyren with bright, creative spaces featuring an on-site kitchen and two large outdoor areas inspired by our focus on sustainable development, discovery, and community. We offer a safe and enjoyable operation where care, development, and learning form a whole. As an hourly substitute at Pysslingen Preschools, you will work in children's groups with kids ages 1-5. The need may include both coverage for shorter absences with the possibility of longer substitute positions if needed. This means flexible work where your availability determines your schedule. Your work tasks include conducting activities both indoors and extensively outdoors, as well as assisting regular educators with practical tasks. If hired as an hourly substitute, you must be able to step in as a substitute on short notice when regular staff are absent. This requires you to be responsible and have great flexibility, as the work involves quickly adapting to new environments. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and should find it easy to both collaborate and work independently in a team, with the ability to contribute to a functioning operation together with your colleagues. We are looking for you who Have a high school diploma or other education that the employer considers equivalent Have good collaboration skills Believe that every interaction is meaningful Are curious and collaborative in research Want to learn together with the children Are attentive and respectful Keep the mission and the children in focus It is a merit if you have training as a childcare assistant and/or previous experience working in a preschool.
