We are looking for you who want to work extra as a temporary substitute and can be available with short notice. The hourly employment can later lead to permanent employment. You must be a trained nursing assistant or have equivalent competence that the employer considers equivalent. It is an advantage if you have previous experience and knowledge from work in elderly care, home care, and care of people with dementia or mental health issues. You should have a positive attitude, be flexible and be able to work independently, and you should also be able to collaborate in a team. You should be attentive to customers' wishes and needs and be driven by a desire to create the best conditions for a meaningful and secure everyday life for our customers. Engaged, solution-focused, responsible and able to think creatively are some of the qualities that are highly valued. We work primarily in the Nynäshamn urban area, where our office is located and where we operate from. Working hours vary, we have customers with services from morning to evening, holidays as well as weekdays, which means our working hours are accordingly. We work based on needs assessment decisions and perform care and service assignments in customers' homes. You must have previous experience and knowledge in elderly care, dementia and/or mental health issues. You must have good skills in the Swedish language both in terms of speaking and writing. You must be able to work independently as well as in a team. You are an experienced computer user. B-level driver's license is desirable, you should also be able to cycle. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Lifecare, LMO, Phoniro and Carefox. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
